I was born in the kitchen… I had a blessed childhood. My paternal grandfather was a professional cook and my grandmother had dishes that the entire neighborhood fell in love with. On my mother’s side, cooking was a therapy, a ceremony, a party, so I decided to make a fusion of my grandparents’ passions. Here you will find recipes inspired by my family, my trips around the world and dishes that have inspired me. The secret is very simple: the kitchen doesn’t bite. Yes, you can eat everything, but fresh, with balance, and to live a healthier life, you have to cook more at home with fresh ingredients. It is the only place where we can control what we eat.
