Enjoy with a Cava, a Riesling or cold and fruity Sake.
Ingredients:
- 3 bao buns
- 10-15 thin slices of Fermin Iberico Copa
- Honey sriracha aioli (you can also combine honey, sriracha and mayo)
- Picked cucumber & carrots (white vinegar, honey, salt and pepper)
- Toasted sesame seeds
Procedure:
- Add the thin slices of coppa to the bao.
- Combine the pickled veggies and the toasted sesame seeds and add to the bao.
- Drizzle the honey sriracha aioli.
- Finish with a few pieces of chives or micro greens.
