In addition to living an active life and exercising regularly, the next step that is part of the healthy lifestyle I lead, is to eat inspired on the Mediterranean diet philosophy.
This means that I cook a lot at home—simple dishes with fresh ingredients —full of vitamins and antioxidants and especially flavorful. Based on this, my kitchen has access to a good olive oil, seasonal and fresh fruits and vegetables, tasty proteins that are low in fat, nutritious and can use Greek yogurt as a sauce or marinade.
