For my peace of mind, and that of many of us who are passionate about health, this year it is predicted that we will not only be more aware of what we eat, but of our health, the environment and how it relates to the kitchen.

The term “Mediterranean diet” should be called “Mediterranean lifestyle.” I say this because the countries that follow this “culture” lead a very particular lifestyle.

The Mediterranean Diet holds many secrets. To adopt it into our lives and take advantage of it, we must follow its complete "recipe" and practice its philosophies daily.
