Así como el caviar, la vainilla y el azafrán, las exquisitas trufas se han ganado un gran prestigio en la cocina. Su aroma y sabor son tan únicos, que las hace uno de los ingredientes más valorados en el mundo. Pero, ¿por qué son tan costosas y difíciles de conseguir?

But this aphrodisiac herb, symbol of love for the Romans, it is originally from India. There are more than 100 varieties of albahaca, as we call it in Spanish. It is used in the cuisines of Greece, Provence, Vietnam, Thailand, and also in Argentina and Peru, due to their important Italian influence.

Como tengo ‘una pizca’ de caprichosa y ‘muchas libras’ de aventurera, un año después, me monté en un avión a San Rafael de Mendoza, a conocer el secreto dentro de la botella que me robó el corazón. La experiencia fue inolvidable, pero me tuve que conformar con hacerme ‘fan’ de su enólogo por las redes sociales, pues no pude conocerlo.
